    Definition: overcome with emotion; clenched; also written ferklempt

    Amber was right – overcome.

  6. Corn Cobb says:

    My Heart Leaps Up

    by William Wordsworth

    My heart leaps up when I behold
    A rainbow in the sky:
    So was it when my life began;
    So is it now I am a man;
    So be it when I shall grow old,
    Or let me die!
    The Child is father of the Man;
    And I could wish my days to be
    Bound each to each by natural piety.

  7. Corn Cobb says:

    Do not go gentle into that good night

    by Dylan Thomas

    Do not go gentle into that good night,
    Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
    Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

    Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
    Because their words had forked no lightning they
    Do not go gentle into that good night.

    iirc Sean mentioned wanting to listen to podcasts in his car. Assuming Sean want to use the cars soundsystem, and have fm radio in the car, all you have to do is get an fm transmitter for the device you got your podcasts on. You should be able to get one from most electronics stores or on ebay.

  9. The New Guy says:

    I just had an idea on the heels of all this death talk. The shitty thing about funerals is that it’s the one time that people will honestly talk about you. Sure they say nice things on birthdays and anniversaries and shit, but never will someone speak more honestly about you than at your funeral. That being said, I wonder what Sean would say at Eddie or Jamie or Ambers funeral? I think this would make for a very interesting and emotional episode of the crew were to write and read funeral speeches. But then again, that would be waaaaay to much weeeeeping from amber…ugh never mind. LoShoPo Rules!!!!

  10. Sean says:

    I wonder what THEY would say at MY funerals…

  11. The New Guy says:

    Well, the reason I said you Sean is because your are a man of few emotions, but when you do have emotions, they have huge impact because it is a rare form for you. Jamie and Amber are huge emotions balls of goo, so I know they will be all blubbery and sad. If Eddie were still a part of the show,I would have listed his ass too; I would like to hear him talk about somebody else besides himself….and his wife lol

  12. The New Guy says:

    I can hear Sean’s eulogy for Jamie ending with “…even though it was his own brain child, the Immaculata, that ultimately sent him to his demise, Jamie Flam truly is and forever will be, King of the Zinger Flingers. Thank you, gnite!!!” Lol

  13. call me ishmael says:

    Boy oh boy i thought death was a bummer till I heard this – great stuff. Also gave me a good idea for my death. Cremated, then put my ashes in a tub

    Also – if you’re looking for more Conroy goodness – he is hysterical on Andy Daly’s podcast on earwolf. Plays an unbelievably old cowboy with a pillow penchant. Also reads a poem.

    all the best

  14. Stephen says:

    Sean brought up the Challenger thing:

    Take of that what you will. Like almost all notable events, people will exploit it for some cash (or “clicks”, as they say on the internet).
